Wha...Where?? No Way!

I have to admit, I am skeptical, yet intrigued none-the-less. In the two days since I posted my fancy, smancy Clustr map upgrade (thanks Junk Thief!), my blog has gotten hits from all over the world. Is this for real?

Tokyo, Sydney, Brussels (Digibudi?), Amersfoort, Milton, Lille, Petah Tiqwa (Israel!?), Zagreb (Croatia - is that you Tonci?!), Rome, Hamburg, London, Leeds, Manchester (James? Marti?) and lots of other British towns I have ever heard of.

Is this really possible? Is it feasible that in the span of TWO days a person in each of these foreign, far off towns stumbled across my blog? Seems far fetched - but super cool to even imagine.

And that is only overseas, stateside there have been visitors from Bellows Falls, Springfield, Hartford, Columbus, Nashville (hi Tony!), Boston, Stowe and, of course, Burlington (probably all visits from me!!). Jeez. I want to believe this is accurate but it is just too weird...

The other really cool thing about Frappr maps is that you can leave a message, picture and your name! It is like an animated guest book without the opening reception!? Whether it is real or not, I am loving it! My new favorite tech toy, thanks internet!

Actually it was me passing out cards with your url on my bicycle trip from Hanoi to Beijing. He, he. I'm not sure why, but I'm a huge hit in China too.

I'm impressed that an old codger like me introduced new technology to a yungin'. Actually I first caught it from the great site. joemygod.blogspot.com

For some reason I just don't play well in the southern US or heartland but am more of a coastal, Asian and European sort of guy. Now if I could only get the Icelanders on board...

Aww, you remembered me on your bike journey through China, what a pal! I will drop leaflets with your URL from the sky next time I hot air balloon through Yugoslavia (I got my balloon and everything - ready to go!)!

YOU Sir Junk Thief, are an international BLOG STAH! Your bloggie suitcase is covered in interesting stickers, no doubt! I am sure the Icelanders are not far off...

PS I am as old as they come when it comes to technology so bring it!

there is no more yugoslavia, we're very sensitive about those things here. we and serbians pretty much dislike/hate each other, still.

so anyway, it wasn't me. zagreb is the capital. altough i have told a couple of my pals about your blog so maybe it was one of them??

you're going international! you'll even become a celebrity :)

Oops, sorry Tonci! i got carried away imagining my balloon ride and my leaflet littering!

How is Bobo? I was looking for Split (wish I was there RIGHT now!) - better show up soon or it will prove what i already suspect, this map is all pretty lies! ;)

PS thanks for the plugs in Zagreb - that makes me feel real special!

i think you can see split now. just have to find a suitable photograph.
bobo is great, continuing his same old lazy, fat, deadbeat existence. he says hi.

You KNOW you have at least two other hits form Burlington besides yourself.

YES! Split is ON the map! And look at you and Bobo, AWWW, so darn cute!!! Give him a belly rub from me - if only I could be a fat lazy deadbeat too - must wait till my next life when I am reborn as a beagle or a feline! Counting the moments...

Eva, you are the queen of homemade media (despite what some low class, immature and generally untalented people on YouTube might say) and it appears that you are running a global deadbeat media empire. Thanks for your comments on my little blog. Jeff
