Nerves at Night

I wish I had this problem. Instead, my "overtaxed nerves" are due to the fact that there is simply NO time available for sleep. And surprisingly, I find myself quite able to operate on 4 hours of sleep one day and 2 hours the next. Inevitably, my sunken, bloodshot eyes will give away my sleepless secret but in the meantime, I think I have this so called human sleep requirement beat! Ha ha!

Zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz.....

I'm a light sleeper too, even at this advanced age.

I have a friend who used to perform in Bilbao and Bavara under the stage name of Miss Nervine Liquid. That was always quite a show!

after spielpalast is over you definitely need to sleep for days though. and to only come out of hibernation for fun things like yoga and lunches. promise?

I wonder if Nervine is anything like that Restless Leg Syndrome Drug whose commercials crack me up endlessly?

Last night I coulda used some Nervine. Usually I am out the second my head deigns to hit the pillow but I think post-show adrenaline kept me too buzzed to sleep. Not sure if I slept at all?

Ah well, I promise to sleep eventually Suzanne! First i gotta shoot/edit another vlog Sunday and then finish a freelance gig vid but THEN I am out! For DAYS!!! Even if I have to drink a whole bottle of Nervine to do it!

I am not so good at that either - although waking up at noon is a skill of mine!
